Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface Not picking up some supply lines

Summary

The line status = not started, the source is blank, and the document number is not populated for many supply lines in the Manage Supply Lines screen

Hi we have many supply lines (manage supply lines screen) via supply orchestration that have a line status of "not started" and no document number (transfer order num). This started occuring after the 20A upgrade and it seems to only be for specific locations and for the "External" source. We ran Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface again however these lines never get picked up. I appreciate any assistance if you've seen this before. We also have an SR logged with Oracle support. Thanks!
