Grievance Process- How to Implement?


Hi Experts,

   I am looking for your opinion on the below requirement how to implement in Oracle HCM.

Employee to have an option to raise the grievance in the system like if they have any concerns with manager/environment etc..

It should go for an approval to HR team and HR should be able to update the response in the Grievance request and employee should be able to view the response from HR.

Helpdesk functionality will not work . Please respond with your great idea which will help us to achieve this requirement
