Hi Experts,
We have a requirement to implement Disciplinary Action process in HCM. HR team is looking to use this process to record disciplinary action for an employee and this should be available as a process like it should go for an approval to line manager when HR is recording the Disciplinary action for an employee. Has anyone implemented similar like this in HCM? Please respond your expert Ideas on this requirement, Thank you.
