Requirement Related To Workflow and Security

Hi All,

I have a requirement, I have configured an approval process based on AOR if any employee will submit any transaction then it will go for this representative and this representative can approve or reject and also they can search under person management.

But for some specific employee, if they will submit any transaction then it will go for another representative and also the first representative can not search these employees in the person management.

Please suggest me if it is possible or not.
