Emergency Contact Flag not transferring to Manage Contacts

During the hire process, adding an emergency contact is not transferring that flag to the manage contact page


We recently noticed, sometime after going to 19D, that when we are hiring people and we enter an emergency contact that the data is not actually saving correctly.  During the hire process, there is the flag that marks someone as an emergency contact which by default is checked.  We have tried to uncheck/recheck this and it still isn't working right.  Once you submit the hire, with the emergency contact marked, the process will complete but when you go to manage person/contacts the emergency contact field is no longer marked.
