assumes that
the rule will allow us to select the two scenarios to calculate the delta (i..e
March outlook/Final April YTD and Actuals/Final April YTD) and the target
scenario to input the calculated delta (i.e. Current Forecast/Current(for the
month of May).  Please let me know if
you have any comments related to the mock up
