PBCS Data Forms - Not visible in Smart View

Hi Friends,

Recently I have migrated my PBCS application from one domain to another. After migration everything looks good. But unfortunately, the data forms that I can see in Smart view using old Domain UR, I can't see in the new domain URL. I am not sure what went wrong.

Anything that you can suggest?
