Requirement where in employee can apply leave 13 days/month , 60 days/year

Summary

Employee can take leave 13 days per month but in a year he/she can only take leave upto 60 days only

Content

Example:

Employee A - Apply leave from 1 Jan to 13 Jan. Now when tries to apply leave again in January he should not be allowed to apply.

But when he apply leave in February for 13 days he / she is able to do so

These leaves will be getting deducted from 60 days.
