Let me know if this is the only way to load completions on a specialization for people who took the courses outside of the system, but we need to capture the date they completed the course.

1. Load to assign the specialization to the group of users.
2. Load to assign the course/offering to the group of users
3. Load to record the completion of that specific course/offering for those users
4. If they completed all the courses, then it rolls up to the specialization complete.

 

I was hoping I could load a completion record on the specialization, but I can’t get it to work as it says the activity and assignment do not match. Based on research/trial and error, this seems to be the way forward (3 loads).
