Ability to change timing of loads in data exchange?

Summary

Is there an ability to change the timing of loads in data exchange? It is currently set to UTC time, which is confusing to users/admins who need to know when certain loads were run last.

Admins can do the math to get to US central time, but it seems like you should have the ability to see the data load times in your time zone. I know dynamic time stamp in reporting is not a capability that Oracle has, but you can set a preference in a report to a specific time zone. Wondering if the same capability is available elsewhere. Or is the time based on where the server is located?
