Adding Contact Information for a New Hire (responsive UI)
Summary
We have made Gender and DOB fields mandatory for a new hire, but this is also reflected for their ContactsContent
We are configuring the New Hire (Responsive UI) pages via HCM Experience Design Studio.
I have a requirement to ensure that the Personal Details, which captures information about our new employees captures the Gender and Date of Birth - which i have set to be Visible and Required.
However, I have noticed that when i get to the Family and Emergency Contacts section of the new hire process the Gender and Date of Birth fields are not included in the HCM Experience Design Studio in the Relationship section, but they are also mandatory. We have no justification or business reason for capturing this information.
