How to Customize the addres type

Hello Guys,
We're investigating whether it's possible to have different Address Types with Different fields (address line, city, postal code, country) for the same Country.
For Example in France We have got these fields:
Address Type: Home Address
Address Fields:
-Country
-Address Line 1
-Address Line 2
-City
-Postal Code
We would like to show only these fields:
Address Type: Tax Residence
Address Fields:
-Country
Does Someone know if it is possible to do and where I could find some documentations?
