Changing user security group access takes longer than 12 hours to reflect changes

Hi

Currenlty after changing security group access to user (in Access Control), the changes take more than 12 hours, or even one day to reflect the updates in the application. It is happening in both Test and Prod environment.

Have anyone experiencing the same issue?
