Is Oracle Breakglass meant only for Oracle Support personnel or can they be leveraged for customer's own support employees too? I understand the approvals are initiated by Oracle Support which are then approved by Oracle Support Manager and option to approve by customer too. Is there any defined process for emergency access (say Setup roles to Company's support personnel for short window) in ERP Cloud?
