Not able to call PCS Process on VBCS Page

Hi Experts,

Created a workflow in PCS and activated the same and it's working fine. Created a VBCS page and trying to call the same PCS process on Button click. When I test the page it's working fine. Post I switch the VBCS app from Development to Test mode and then test, getting 500 (Internal Server Error) error. Attaching the screen shot.

Can you please help, is there any extra setting which needs to be done.
