Seniority Dates V3 in Accrual Fast Formula
Summary
Testing V3 Seniority Dates, but adjusted dates are not being picked up in FF for accrualsContent
Currently we are using V2 seniority dates, so manage work relationship is used to change the seniority date. When this is done, the fast formula for accruals is picking up the seniority date adjustment to calculate accruals.
In testing V3, the manage seniority dates changes to adjust someone are not being picked up in the FF to calculate, and instead it appears that they are just picking up Enterprise Hire Date instead.
Does anyone know if the adjusted date field is changed? Do we need to adjust our FF and if so any ideas what field to know leverage? I have tried to use PER_REL_ADJUSTED_SVC_DATE and that still was picking up the original date of hire. I have ran the process several times to recalculate service time as well.
