Feasibility to have the accrual term based on Employee hire month 1st day
Summary
Feasibility to have the accrual term based on Employee hire month 1st dayContent
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to have the employee hire month 1st day as accrual term start.
Ex: An employee joined in the organization on 10-Jan-2019. His enrollment will be on hire date, however accrual term should start from 01-Jan-2019. And for the first month partial period accrual should get calculate.
I tried by creating the 'Accrual Period Anniversary Date event' formula. But accrual is failing with the below error message:
'The accrual process failed because the accrual period that you have specified is not valid for the absence plan <Accrual Plan Name>'
