Freezing of seeded Oracle attributes

Hello,

We are looking to freeze updates to certain seeded oracle attributes under multiple groups belonging to Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing etc. They can just get the value as per the item templates and the users should not be able to edit them. We tried exploring page composer, but with no luck. We don't want to go through the change order route either as we are already enforcing change orders on certain attributes.
