Hi Experts, I am looking for recommendations on improving Employee self service.

In My organization, we have been getting complaints on Employee self service navigation, as it is required more clicks for employees to reach desired pages and multiple ways to reach same page ( via tiles and spotlight etc).

To avoid this cumbersome, i am thinking to use only spotlight for employees by creating custom deeplink.

i am thinking following advantages by using spotlight as below...

•Eliminates extra tiles such as Career and Performance, Personal Information, Career Development, Career Planning, Goals, Performance, Skills and Qualifications (One tile can navigate to different pages when we click show more)
