The Responsive UX Uptake Tool is now live and generally available for use by Oracle HCM Cloud customers and partners.  You can discover how to obtain and use the tool in My Oracle Support Doc ID 2643052.1.  UPDATE:  you can access the doc at https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=138793002973513&id=2643052.1.

Some important instructions about logging the SR:

  • The very first term in the one-line SR Description Field MUST be RUX_UPTAKE
  • Please construct the SR along the following guidelines:
    • Problem Type:  Global Human Resources
