How to configure a maintenance program which has both meter and calendar based rule

Hi,

We have following requirement.

1. Vehicle should be serviced at every 3000 KMs or 90 days whichever is earlier.

2. there is only one Work definition for above rules (both meter based and calendar based)

3. if WO forecast is suggesting WO on same day for both the above rule then it should create only 1 work order.

How do we configure Maintenance program for above requirements?
