To enable automatic numbering contract numbering feature in Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts, following steps to be taken care in the application by Administrator

 

Step 1: Create Document Sequence Categories

1. Open Setup & Maintenance > Select "Enterprise Contract" offering > Select "Enterprise Contract base" > All Tasks > Manage Document Sequence Categories

2. Click "+" and Enter the following information
3. Application: Enterprise Contracts
4. Category Code: User to define the Category code without space and all in Upper Case
5. Category Name: Enter Category Name
6. Module: Enterprise Contracts
7. Table: OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B
8. Click "Save" and then "Save and Close"

 

Step 2: Define created Document Sequence Category for with Determinant (Business Unit, ledger, Legal Entity)
