Having issues with the Resetserver REST API call

G'day Guys, 

anyone got the reset service REST function working? I'm getting someone random errors (generally status 564 - but occasionally "No content to map to Object due to end of input") 

Command I'm using is below: 

POST:  https://planning-test-<domain>.pbcs.ap1.oraclecloud.com:443/interop/rest/11.1.2.3.600/services/PBCS/resetservice

Content-type: application/json

The command is verified by the Services GET call - and also seems to be what EPMAutomate is sending so it should be correct? 

I've tried it both with and without the additional comment field (the documentation says it's non mandatory).
