Hi Experts!

With the responsive UIs and quick actions given to HR specialist we advised clients to perform PROMOTIONS via quick actions. In the quick action screen there is no field to enter the position, rather a free text field available to change the Business Title and the JOB filed has become read only. For a company which use both JOBS and POSITIONS this quick actions does not really do the business requirement. Further, there is no value addition taken from enabling position synchronization where JOB, DEPARTMENT, GRADE, etc will be defaulted based on the position selected.
