We have configured the connection between SWP and Oracle HCM. Does anyone know if we have the option to load skill ratings from Oracle Talent Management into SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) using the Out of the box connection? Or do we have to use the custom adapter to utilize a BI report to load the data?
