Union of Organization Security Profiles

Summary

Hi,

We have one HR data role who can see let's say 2 LEs by virtue of Organization Security Profile assigned to it.

Same user have been given Line Manager role also. Line Manager has View All Organization Security Profile assigned to it.

Due to this, user end up seeing all LEs whereas he was expected to view only two LEs. What's the recommendation in this case?
