how do we handle organizational goals moving to rux mid cycle

Hi everyone,

We are getting ready to move to responsive UX.  We will be going live will goal setting in a couple days.  We are planning on going live with RUX in  2 months say.  While testing we noticed that transfering from classic UX to RUX the organizational goals dont carry over with the other goals.  Has anyone experienced this issue or have any advice to help us in our future transition.
