Fluid Recruiting - Benefits / Selling Points

I thought I'd create a discussion for customers to talk about what they consider "benefits" or "selling points" for fluid and what they have / will be pointing out to recruiters. I'm curious if there are specific features that are a real win for your organization.
There are a lot of posts out there about the issues with fluid, which is certainly important, but whether we like it or not we have to roll out Fluid to our Talent Acquisition teams and will need to point out the good to get them on board.
We are presenting fluid high-level to some recruiters in the next couple of weeks. I'm specifically planning on mentioning the below features to get them excited:
