Hello,

I have to configure Front Load Absence Plan for full term employees.FT annual accrual is based on combination of Length of service and Person's Job Management Level. Annual accrual should be prorated when there are events like length of service / Job management Level change / Part-time to Full time etc.

For this , I have started with a Fast formula of type 'Global Absence Accrual Matrix' to populate initial balance in Accrual Matrix for full term employees.
