Managing Construction Costs for Construction Projects in Negotiation
I am opening this topic as suggested in SR 3-22163563591 to have some clarifications about how to register Construction Project Costs during a negotiation.
Our customer is requesting the following process to manage negotiations for construction projects:
1) Create a requisition with a single line representing the construction project
2) Add the requisition to Document Builder and create a negotiation (RFQ)
3) In the negotiation, we would like to explode the requisition line in multiple subrequirements (Materials, Labor, Expenses etc.) for which the suppliers should be able to enter a different price
3) Once the negotiation is closed and awarded, we would like to create a PO. The PO should contain only one line representing the construction project.
