To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Assessment Scoring Options
Summary
Looking for a way to grade multiple choice - multiple select per question, not per number of correct distrators.Content
I am creating an Assessment in Learn because I need to be able to report on question-level details.
When I tested, the score seems to be based on the number of correct responses per the number of total correct options. My assessment has 20 questions with 56 possible correct distractors. I am seeing a score like 46/56. I want to score based on the number of questions that the learner selected all of the correct answers for out of the total number of questions (EX: 18/20).
