Balance Effective date in RUI

In the old UI, all plan balances for employees were shown effective as at the Balance Calculation Date by default. This mean that in the UK where most Annual Leave is front-loaded and most employees want to see the amount of leave they have remaining for the year, if you wanted to show that you would simply run the accrual for the calendar year and the balance would show as at 31-December. Any leave booked for the rest of the year would therefore be deducted from the balance and the employee would see their remaining balance for the rest of
