Data Field Label Name Changes by Employee Type

Wanting to have the field label change based on the type of employee

Content

We have a requirement to edit the field label "Job" for just our contingent workforce.  The request is to make the label say "Work Role" instead of "Job".

Is there a way to do this with the EL Expression on the field label?  From what i keep reading, it doesn't seem possible or it seems like it may use the user logged in's worker type to determine what to show.  We want it based on the employee being viewed, that way a manager who is an employee and is looking at a contingent worker would see the 'Work Role' label but then if they look at an employee they would see 'job'.

Howdy, Stranger!
