Hi,

I created a simple BIP report to retrieve two columns Requisition # and Requisition description. The description is "Item1. Non Production. 4126-83'. The output report in excel, has 3 rows where requisition # is merged for all 3 rows in first column and description appeared in 3 rows on the next column. I am wondering how can I display like below

Option 1: Combine all description into the second column.

Option 2: Repeat Requisition # in 3 rows in first column ie No Merging.
