Manager view of Position Details

Are managers able to view Position Details for positions that roll up to them? Looking at the available options under My Team, they have "Request a new Position" and "Request a Position Change" under the Workforce Structures heading - but they don't have Position Details.

Is there another avenue that managers would be able to get to the Position Details screen to view information for their team?
