Field to update score for Learners for Activities with Assessment

Hi Team

Its been found that the Score field option in learners activity page Manage Learners don't capture score for the activity especially if it has an Assessment added to it. The functionality itself is largely varaiable as the score field not actually gets highlighted every time if there are multiple self-paced activities  

An HDL had been shared by support team with the score to upload record for multiple learners which gets uploaded successfully but the score doesn't get updated in the activity list 

This is a basic functionality where the field has to be available to capture score and status for an activity if there are assessments, Looking forward to having the functionality as earliest as possible
