You enable Password Recover Questions but not the pool
A person has a big problem with a Question....they call a service desk.
The service desk gives the person a hand with adjusting their password
But that doesnt fix the root cause of the problem with the self service approach.
Is there a DO that allows a person to fix their Questions on the fly?????
