We have a requirement whenever a video or tutorial is reported by someone, a notification should go to Learning administrator and he should then be able to take down the content.
We reached out to Oracle support and they said it is possible. All is needed is to customize the task under BPM Worklist (Adminhumantask*) by adding rule 2 and hardcoding learning administrator ID (since Application Role doesn't work).
We followed the instructions, but Learning admin only gets FYI notification (even though they are set to Actionable). Had a couple of working sessions with them as well. Then I was told, the fix is delivered in R13.
