Unenrolling person from absence plan and payroll implications

We have a few people who were enrolled in the vacation plan and started taking a vacation from their balances. Now we have realized that they were not eligible for the plan on that date but a later date. Now we plan to unenroll these people. My question is whether unenrolling the person creates retroelement entries for that period.
