How to Include Accounts with No Activity in customized report

Dear , 

I create customized trial balance report. in which i create a opening balance but in some accounts its shows wrong data. so i figured out and now i want to add "Accounts with No Activity" like Account Analysis Report in my customized. Can anyone knows how to add "Accounts with No Activity" ?
