We are looking to find out the experience of users using Resource Project Management in the IK

We are a local authority in the UK and have implemented Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement and Project Financials and Project Management.

We are now considering implementing Project Resources to support a new PMO being created.

We are therefore interested in how others have implemented Project Resource Management, implications and impact on other modules, in particular HCM, the value they have achieved from using this module and processes they have introduced to use this effectively.

We would also be interested in speaking to organisations that have implemented the suite of Project Management Cloud modules to support us in making our decision about how to proceed.
