Plan term setup for date rules for PTO absence plan

Content

Hi,

We have a requirement where the PTO absence plan has the 'Calendar Year' as below.

  • The absence plan is a 'Front load' plan. The allotment will be pro-rated from the eligibility date for the remaining weeks through the end of that PTO Calendar Year.
  • Absence plan term (PTO Calendar Year) coordinates with the payroll calendar, and ends on the last Pay-Period-Ends (PPE) date of the calendar year, which is always a Saturday.

Example: The 2018 PTO Calendar Year begins on Sunday, Dec. 24, 2017 and ends on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018. similarly, PTO calendar year for 2019 begins on Dec 23,2018

Howdy, Stranger!
