How to restrict the tabs on Directory for Employee Role?

Is there any way to restrict the tabs on Directory-> Person spotlight page for an Employee role


 After the Release 13 upgrade, we enabled the People Directory page to search any employee details for all the role. But when an employee( employee abstract role) searches for another employee, he can see the all tabs (skills and Qualification, succession planning,Employment details) of others. Ideally he should not be able to see other details except contact information.

Any pointers in this regards would be great.
