Reporting on Legal Employer Seniority Dates in R13

Summary

Since the move to the new Seniority dates page, Seniority dates are no longer in OTBI and won't be in OTBI for the forseeable future, I'm having issues creating a BIP report for this data

Since the move to R13, Oracle has moved seniority dates from the work relationship page to it's own page, manage seniority dates. In the R13 release notes it states that an enhanced subject area would be added to OTBI to report on the manage seniority dates page, I reached out to Oracle support who informed me that there is no ETA on when that subject area would be deployed in Oracle Cloud. In turn then we have no way to report on Legal Employer Seniority date or Enterprise Seniority dates in OTBI. I'm trying to write I BIP report that
