R13 - Add role button greyed out

Hello,
Just an fyi in case others notice this, as part of R13 the Enable edit of user role membership button becomes unticked which means you cannot add roles to users, we raised an SR and found that you need to action the following....
The steps are:
-> Navigator
-> Security Console
-> Administration TAB
-> Roles TAB and [check] "Enable edit of user role membership" and click "Save"
