How to create a connection between Oracle Cloud (FIN and/or SCM)?

Hello,

we would like to start using Microsoft Power BI for BI Reporting, instead of OTBI (due to the performance), but we are not sure how to start proceeding, in order for creating a connection between Oracle Cloud and Power BI.

Any help is much appreciated.
