Date default either by user profile, layout or by template, must allow flexibility for date and time and must be rolling not a fixed date. For example : I want my delivery date on order entry screen default to be sysdate +2 , but my colleague want it to be +3 days , So OTM should be able to handle situations like this .this is just one example .
