How to Change Date Format on Notification Title which can be seen on Bell Icons ?

After updating the RTF Template, I am able to see required date format on Notifications Body.

But on the Bell Icon, Notification Header still has the standard date format. How to change this ?

Use Case and Business Need:

Users requirement is to see date format as DD-MMM-YYYY on all the places including Bell Notification Titles.
