All Documents that are same type has same title

Hi all,

We have several type for Document of Records like Visa Document, Payment Notice and have some approvers for all types.

Aprovers and Creator confused their heads. Because in BPM, all types same title and user can not find exact record. have to open record for finding. It is waste of time.

We need to change title in BPM. Maybe we can use code or task number.

Can you help for this ?
