Precomplited Email button Action (Assignment)

Hello Everyone,

 

Do you know if can be possible to create a precompiled email once the HR/Manager click on the button Action to notify the Learner?

The current behavior is that clicking on action you can see the list of value (Fig1) and if you select for example the “Email learners”, automatically outlook generate an email with as object the title of the course and “to:” the learner involved.

Can be possible to create a precompiled email that is generated automatically and has only to be sent? Because as you can see in Fig2 the “body” of the email is empty and doing a precompiled email can be suddenly sent.
